Val Pleet Wilson, Esquire

Val Wilson has represented injured accident victims in medical malpractice, motor vehicle, product liability, and other catastrophic injuries. He has achieved multi-million dollar awards and settlements for his clients. From 1977 to 1983, he honed his trial skills as a Philadelphia Assistant District Attorney. A seasoned trial attorney, Val Wilson has litigated cases all over Pennsylvania and – with special permission of the Court – in New Jersey and Delaware.

Val Wilson has also lectured on topics such as the need for trial lawyers to work with medical professionals to properly prepare cases for trial and settlement. He is a member of the American Trial Lawyer Association, the Pennsylvania Trial Lawyer Association, and the Philadelphia Trial Lawyer Association.

Richard W. Johnson, Esquire

Since 1993, Richard W. Johnson has represented negligence victims in medical malpractice, motor vehicle, product liability, and other catastrophic injury litigation and has achieved multi-million dollar awards and settlements for his clients. Admitted to Bars of the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania, the Supreme Court of New Jersey, the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania, and the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey, he has litigated cases in Pennsylvania and New Jersey and - with the permission of the court - in Delaware. He is a member of the American Bar Association, the Pennsylvania Bar Association, and the Philadelphia Bar Association.

Mona K. Wilson, OTR/L

Mona Wilson was the chief of the Occupational Therapy Department at Cooper Hospital in Camden and then specialized in occupational therapy in nursing home settings before joining the Wilson, Johnson and Zuber trial team. Her participation gives the Wilson, Johnson and Zuber trial team the advantage of medical expertise. All medical malpractice and nursing home cases, as well as catastrophic injury matters present complex medical issues and challenges that make Mona’s participation invaluable.

Robin Bundy, CBL

Robin has been the chief paralegal at Wilson, Johnson and Zuber since 1985. She is a certified paralegal involved in all areas of the litigation process. Her specialties include handling matters pertaining to the filing of complaints, interrogatories, and complex discovery issues. She has worked closely with our litigation team to acieve multi-million dollar awards and settlements for our clients. In her spare time, Robin is involved in non-profit organizations in her community that help people in need.
